The Problem

Small teams are adopting AI agents faster than they can manage them. Agents end up scattered across chats and tools, often sharing one person's credentials, with no clear record of who did what. That makes it hard to trust agents with real work, and even harder to give a small team the operating capacity of a much larger one.

What We Built

We are building Rivesa Teams as an AI-native operating system for small teams. A chief of staff you can text sits in front, and a coordinated team of AI agents works behind it, inside shared channels where people and agents move work forward together.

Every agent carries a passport: its own identity, its own credentials, scoped access to the tools it needs, and a full record of what it did. That makes agent work inspectable and accountable by design, so a team can hand over real responsibility without losing control of the decisions that matter.
